For years, Long Shan Village existed only in journals. Sketches. Late-night conversations. Prayers whispered into the Earth. And the quiet faith that someday, somewhere, this place would become real.
Today, it has an address. And every day, that dream is becoming a little more tangible.
We believe the future of flourishing is not found in another product, another prescription, or another weekend retreat. It is found in community.
A Regenerative
Community Organism.
We believe the organizations of the future must be as alive as the communities they serve. Metamorphosis is being developed as a Regenerative Community Organism (RCO) — a model that weaves together House of Metamorphosis and Metamorphosis Ventures into one reciprocal ecosystem. Purpose and enterprise. Mission and sustainability. Each strengthening the other.

Develops the sustainable businesses, programs, technologies, and healing infrastructure that allow that mission to flourish.

Nils von Heijne, one of the original co-creators of the Regenerative Community Organism model, is helping guide the evolution of our organizational structure as an EMERGENCE initiate and faculty member in training. We do not claim to have invented these ideas — we are honored to carry them forward.
